SOME INDIVIDUALS AT MITSUBISH MOTORS DO THEIR BEST TO HELP US

Riana Maritz and Daniel from Mitsubishi Motors head office went out of their way to rescue the situation, but with no success.

Leon from Mercedes head office was friendly, but he never phoned me back as promised.

Lasego Johannes from Mitsubishi motors in Francistown was always helpful and friendly. Thank you for your good personal service.

Average -Richard Schoeman of Naledi Motors was helpful but apparently never phoned Mitsubishi Motors in Brooklyn Pretoria. Valuable time was lost as a result.

Rola Motors in Strand Somerset West were not helpfull at all and never phoned me back. 19 Jan 2012. Everything changed since 31 Dec 2012. Rola Motors immediately phoned me after they learned about the website. I sincereley appreciate their assistance and professional approach. The good news is that this company sell many other products such as Toyota and Volkswagen to name just a few. It is now clear that my original remark was a bit harsh on them. I do apologise and look forward to doing business with them in the near future. Their enormous success is clearly the result of their own professional service and not due to the support of Mercedes and Mitsubitshi South Africa.

André from Rotary Power in Gaborone ( towing company) never fullfilled any of his promises. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered to Brooklyn Motors on Sunday, but only arrived there late Wednesday afternoon. He e-mailed us to advise that the delivery was delayed until Monday 26 December, but made no mention of 28 December. I paid him in advance in order to get the vehicle to Brooklyn in time.
